Agreements you can read.
Rules you can verify.
Control you don’t have to surrender.

Every agreement answers three questions, whether it means to or not. Who sets the terms? Who can change them? And what happens when things don’t go to plan?

Contract Sovereignty is an independent exploration of those questions: across code, everyday contracts, and the space in between.

The name is a design principle, not a claim of immunity from law. No product is attached to it, and nothing here is for sale.

WHEN THE RULES CAN RUN

Less "trust me." More "verify it."

Smart contracts turn defined rules into programs that execute on a blockchain. They can make certain commitments visible, shared, and harder to change behind your back.

  • Solidity escrow
  • Shared treasuries
  • Programmed execution
LIMITS

Code can contain bugs. Real-world information needs outside inputs, and automated execution is not the same as legal enforceability.
